At last, Mani Ratnam calls Suhasini

Suhasini is happy and excited. Her film review programme on Jaya TV is turning out to be very popular, especially among female audiences. Last week, she got an opportunity to act with Malayalam actor Sreenivasan and his son Vineeth in Achante Magan, a comedy film where she plays the role of Sreenivasan’s wife.

While she was shooting in Palakkad for the film, she got a call from her hubby Mani Ratnam, who was shooting in Chalakudy to do a cameo role in his Ravana. A happy and contented Suhasini says,”I was waiting for this call for a long time. At least now my husband remembers me as an actress! I hope I live up to his expectations.” Until now, Mani Ratnam never casted Suhasini in his films
